Libertie Broussard of Lafayette is a recipient of a $4,000 scholarship given by the Lafayette Parish Medical Society Alliance (LPMSA), a fund of Community Foundation of Acadiana. Broussard is a graduate of UL Lafayette and Lafayette Christian Academy. She is a medical student at Meharry Medical College. She plans to focus on the advancement of healthcare for the less fortunate including human trafficking survivors.

Nikka Khorsandi is the recipient of a $3,500 scholarship given by the Lafayette Parish Medical Society Alliance (LPMSA) Scholarship Fund, a fund of Community Foundation of Acadiana (CFA). Khorsandi is a graduate of LSU and Lafayette High School. He is a medical student at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Khorsandi is also pursuing a master’s degree in public health

Madison Lanza of Lafayette is the recipient of a $4,000 scholarship given by the Lafayette Parish Medical Society Alliance (LPMSA), a fund of Community Foundation of Acadiana (CFA). She is a medical student at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. After medical school, Lanza plans to open a private practice in Lafayette.
