Current donors are permitted to change their investment strategy as often as once per month (except in cases of the Alternative Investment Pool). If you are interested in changing the Investment options for your fund, download the form below.
Completed forms may be faxed to the CFA office (337.769.4879) or emailed to Linda Dautreuil, Donor Relations. Originals can then be mailed for CFA records.
In the Fund ID field, you may write your fund name if you do not have access to your Fund ID information. | |

If you are a current donor, you can now contribute to your fund via credit card from our site. Our Donor Services staff will continue to handle other types of contributions to your fund, but click here to make a credit card contribution to your fund. |
